How's my driving? Although there are a thousand ways to define Kiriko's character, I play her a little bit differently. Instead of focusing on one particular canon (where details about her are scarce), I try to follow a combination of all Black Jack canons to get a more complete picture of the Doctor. Please also keep in mind that she is a genderswapped AU, and there are many changes to her personality due to this that have been outlined in her application. Occasionally you might come across conflicting information between canons, so here is a list of what I have chosen to use:


♠ BLACK JACK MANGA CANON
-The timeline, 1974-1981, is the time period Dr. Kiriko is from.
-Kiriko killed her father (instead of Phoenix Disease claiming him, as in Black Jack 21). However, she did get a chance to speak with him on the table like in 21.
-99% Water happened; skill with dynamite goes along with this.
-She's still in post-op of Gumma.

♠ BLACK JACK 21 CANON
-Her father, Dr. Edward Theodore George, is a world-reknown Doctor who was immortal.
-In turn, her last name is George.
-Her lineage is Japanese Canadian and she once lived in Canada [as seen in Episode 11].
-Phoenix Disease exists.

♠ BLACK JACK OVA CANON
-She's a composer.
-She lived on the run, unlike the affluent Black Jack.
-She's generally a nice person when you don't piss her off.

♠ BLACK JACK TWO DOCTORS OF DARKNESS MOVIE CANON
-Everything in this movie happened. Just... everything.
